How to Create a Facebook Business Page from Your Personal Profile

Sign in to your Facebook account using your personal profile.
(Don’t worry — people won’t see your personal profile info. It’s just the account you use to manage your Page).

On desktop: Click the menu (9 dots) in the top right → select Page under Create.
On mobile: Tap the menu (☰) → scroll down → tap Pages → then Create.
  • Page Name: Use your business name (or what people will search for).
  • Category: Start typing (e.g., “Wellness Center,” “Health & Wellness Website,” “Local Business”). Choose up to 3.
  • Description: Write 1–2 sentences about your business.
  • Profile Picture: Usually your logo.
  • Cover Photo: A banner image (e.g., your business, services, or branding).
  • Tap Edit Page Info (left sidebar).
  • Add your address, phone, website, and business hours.
  • Make sure your contact info matches everywhere (Google, website, etc.).
  • Click + Add Action Button under your cover photo.
  • Common options: Book Now, Contact Us, Call Now, or Send Message.
  • Once all basics are filled out, hit Publish. Your Page is now live!
  • Click Invite Friends to get your first likes.
  • Share your Page link on your personal profile, website, and email.

How to Create an Instagram Page, Turn It Into a Professional Account & Link It to Facebook

  • Download the Instagram app (iOS or Android).
  • Tap Sign Up.
  • Choose to sign up with either:
  • Your business email (recommended), or
  • Your mobile number.
  • Enter your business name as the username (if available).
  • Create a secure password and complete setup.
  • Open Instagram → log in to your new account.
  • Tap your profile picture (bottom right).
  • Tap the ☰ menu (three lines) (top right).
  • Go to Settings and Privacy.
  • Scroll down → Account Type and Tools → Switch to Professional Account.
  • Choose either: Business (for companies, centers, services), or Creator (for influencers/personal brands).
  • Select Business:
    • Pick a category (e.g., “Health & Wellness,” “Local Business”).
    • Add contact info (email, phone, business address).
  • Profile Photo: Use your logo or business image.
  • Bio: Write 2–3 short lines explaining what you do + a call to action.
  • Example: “Wellness Center | Frequency Healing & Relaxation 🌿 Book Your Session Today ⬇️
  • Website Link: Add your booking site or main website.
  • On Instagram → go to Settings and Privacy.
  • Under Accounts Center, tap Add Facebook account.
  • Log in with the same personal FB account that manages your Business Page.
  • Select the Business Page you want to connect.
  • Confirm.
  • Now your IG and FB Business Page are linked!
